Vietnam in the 20th Century

Unified Vietnam, Vietnam in the 20th Century, January 1st, 2000, Michel Nr. 3028-3033; Six stamps in nominals of 400D (two stamps), 1,000D (two stamps), 8,000D and 12,000D were issued in perforation 13.25. There was also a souvenir-sheet that featured the same six stamps but it was perforated 13.25:13.So stamps from the souvenir-sheet have, contrary what Michel reports, a slightly different perforation.

The letter carries block of four of the Day of the Stamp, 40 Years Vietnamese Philatelic Society stamp plus stamps from the Gold Fish (stamp from souvenir-sheet), Domestic Pheasants (imperforate), 300 Years Saigon, Domestic Plants and Vietnam in the 20th Century sets for an overall postage of 40,600D.
