North Vietnam, Conference of Postal Ministers of Socialist Countries, July 1st, 1965, Michel Nr. 375; A single stamp was issued with perforation 11.0.

Mint block of four with sheet counter:

Very rare local letter (full contents preserved) sent from Ninh Binh to a member of the North Vietnamese Armed Forces (as can be seen by the Hom Thu number in the address line). Weak circular cancel on the stamp. Most local letters were destroyed in the multi-decadal war, destroyed by the tropical climate or by recycling due to raw material shortages.

Another rare example of a single local franking of this stamp on a patriotic envelope sent from Hanoi to Hai Duong.

Rare single franking of the 12 xu stamp from 1967 to Budapest, Hungary.

Rare multiple franking (6) of the 12 xu Postal Minister Conference paying an overall postage of 72 xu on an international air mail letter sent from Gia-Loo (small post office) to Switzerland.

Here is an air mail letter featuring a strip of four of the stamps plus one 6 xu stamp of HCM 75. Birthday issue for an overall postage of 52 xu. This was just a whisker above the required tariff (0.50 xu)

Mixed franking of the 30 xu Traffic Minister stamp plus the 3 xu Communist Party and 12 xu Postal Conference stamp paying an overall postage of 75 xu on an international letter sent from Hai-Phong to Switzerland in September of 1967.

Rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in December of 1978. It features one stamp of the postal minister conference plus a range of other NVN stamps from the period. The overall postage amounted to 5.74 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse. Fulda green custom cachet on front.

Mixed franking sent to the Director of a State owned enterprise in East Germany featuring, among others, the 12xu Postal Minister stamp.
