Unified Vietnam, Soccer World Cup 1982, April 15th, 1982, Michel Nr. 1214-1221; Eight stamps in there nominals 30 xu (two stamps), 40 xu (two stamps), 50 xu (two stamps), 60 xu and 1 Dong were issued in perforation 11.75 and imperforate.

Rare local letter featuring a single franking of the 40 xu value on a letter sent in August of 1982 to HCM City (full contents preserved).

Rare mixed ranking of the Union Congress sets together with stamps of the Reforestation, Sunflower and Soccer Spain sets paying an overall postage of 15.10D on a registered international air mail letter sent from HCM City to Klewitz in Germany in April of 1983. The letter carries color variations of the 50 xu Union Congress stamps, a plate error with a missing 50 xu nominal and a Sunflower stamp with a significant passer-shift of the blue-grey color downwards. Error stamps on postally used letters are very rare. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Mixed franking of the entire perforated Soccer set together with stamps from the Birds of Prey and Year of the Child sets paying an overall postage of 8.50D on a registered international air mail letter sent from Dalat to Klewitz in Germany in June of 1982.

Mixed franking of the World Nutrional Day set together with stamps from the Communist Party, Five Year Plan and Soccer sets paying an overall postage of 23,40D on a registered international air mail letter sent from HCM City to Hong Kong in August of 1982. Note that the right 50C Nutritional Day stamp shows the printing flaw “color stains in the women’s face”. Error stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Very large registered envelope that features the entire perforated Soccer set. There are also a pair of the 1974 Flower series im-perforated and the rarer Post Master Perforation (15) of the 12 xu Lotus stamp. Im-perfroated stamps and Post Master Perforations on postally used cover are very rare. On front there is pair of the 1976 military free frank in both color variations the stamp is known. Military free franks were not valid for international postage due to their lacking nominal value, however it appears that the postal clerk was not familiar with that rule. The overall postage amounted to 23.13 Dong (including the red free frank for 9 Dong). Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Registered letter sent from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz in June of 1982. The letter carries all the perforated high values of the Football set. There are also four of the rare Post Master Perforation (15) of the Lots stamp on the reverse. Post Master Perforations on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 8.38 Dong . Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

There are also four of the rare Post Master Perforation (15) of the Lots stamp on the front. Post Master Perforations on postally used cover are very rare. Very rare air mail letter mailed from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz in September of 1983 featuring half of the im-perforated Soccer set plus some perforated stamps from the same set. There is also a 30 xu HCM stamp that shows a passer-shift of the yellow color towards the left. Im-perforated stamps and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 6.71 Dong (including the red free frank for 2.19 Dong).

Another very rare air mail letter mailed from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz in September of 1983 featuring the other half of the im-perforated Soccer set plus some perforated stamps from the same set. There is also a 30 xu HCM stamp that shows a too heavy red color obscuring the words “Buu Chinh” and the nominal value.  Im-perforated stamps and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 6.53 Dong (including the red free frank for 2.21 Dong).

Registered letter sent from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz in November of 1982. The letter carries both Communist Party sets and two of the rare Post Master Perforation (15) of the 12 xu Lotus stamp. The 30 xu stamp issued in March shows a double printing of the black color. Post Master Perforations and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare. World Cup stamps on the reverse. The overall postage amounted to 13.84 Dong (including the rd free frank for 7.5 Dong). Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Registered air mail letter sent in December of 1982 from Quan 5 to Klewitz. The letter features four of the ASEAD stamps plus a block of four of the 2D Bulgaria stamp that features the plate error of “881 instead 661”. Plate errors on postally used letter are very rare. There are also a number of Soccer stamps on the reverse. The overall postage of the letter amounted to 15.80D. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Registered air mail letter sent in December of 1983 from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz. The block of four of the 50xu stamp shows a partial missing green and red printing run. One of the Communist Party stamps shows a passer-shift of there yellow color towards the right and the other “nominal partially missing”. Error stamps on postally used cover are very rare. There are also some Soccer stamps on the reverse. The overall postage amounted to 59 Dong. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Very rare air mail letter sent in May of 1985 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter features half of the imperforate Dien Bien Phu stamps, an imperforate Artist as well as imperforate Soccer stamps for an overall postage of 29.52D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Air mail letter sent in November of 1985 from Quan 5 (Cholon) to Klewitz. The letter carries half of there imperforate Peoples Army set, imperforate Soccer and perforated stamps from the Orchids and Union Congress sets for an overall postage of 31.5D. One of the Union Congress stamps shows the plate error of “missing clouds”. Imperforate and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Air mail letter sent in November of 1985 from Quan 5 (Cholon) to Klewitz. The letter carries half of there imperforate Peoples Army set, imperforate Soccer and Union Congress stamps plus perforated stamps from the Orchids set for an overall postage of 30D. Imperforate and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare.
