Unified Vietnam, 500. Anniversary of the Discovery of America, May 25th, 1990, Michel Nr. 2183-2190, Block 80; Seven stamps in nominals of 50D, 100D (three stamps), 200D (two stamps) and 300D were issued in perforation  12.5:12.25 and imperforate. There was also a souvenir-sheet with a 500D nominal that was perforated 12.5 and imperforate. There are questions about the official release date of these stamps. Klewitz reports an issuance date of December 31st, 1989 and there are First Day Covers that show this date (see below), so the Michel date of May, 1990 may not be correct.

Stamps sold at Vietnamese post offices were without gum while stamps sold by the official Vietnamese stamp agency were gummed.
