North Vietnam, Summit U.S.Agression in Indochina, October 25th, 1970, Michel Nr. 638; A single stamp in the nominal of 2 xu and in perforation 11.0 was issued.

This stamp was not officially released imperforate, however, a small number of imperforate trial proofs have come to market. Here is one of them.

Rare express mail letter sent to Klewitz in August of 1974 featuring a block of four of the stamp plus the high 2 Dong value of the HCM set from the same year. The overall franking amounted to 2.48 Dong which was likely in excess of the required tariff of 1.00 Dong for a standard 20 gram express mail letter to West Germany.
