North Vietnam, Sojus 11, December 30th, 1972, Michel Nr. 717-718; Two stamps one with a 12 xu and one with a 1 Dong nominal were issued perforated 11.0 and im-perforated. The stamps were printed in four sheets of 25 stamps each that were adjoined by horizontal and vertical gutters.

A perforation error is known on the 1D value which shows the top side of the stamp as imperforate:

Very rare letter mailed to Klewitz in September of 1973 featuring the im-perforated set twice. Im-perforated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage of the letter amounted to 2.24 which was in excess of a standard 20 gram express mail letter to West Germany (Tariff 1.00 Dong). The letter was initially marked to be sent via registered mail (Tariff 1.60 Dong) but that did not occur.

Mixed franking of the 50xu Folk Dance stamp together with a pair of the 12xu Sojus stamps for an overall postage of 74xu sent on an air-mail letter to France in January of 1973.

Mixed franking of the 1 D Sojus 11 stamp together with the 50 xu Lan Ong stamp paying an overall postage of 1.50D on an international letter sent from Hai Phong to Switzerland in 1974.

Mixed franking of three October Revolution stamps together with other NVN stamps (including the Sojus stamp) paying an overall postage of 2.08D on an air-mail letter to Paris, France in January of 1978.
