North Vietnam, Domestic Wild Animals, May 25th, 1973, Michel Nr. 731-734; Four stamps with the nominals of 12 xu, 30 xu, 50 xu and 1 Dong were issued perforated 12:12.25 and imperforate.

Here is the mint perforated set.

Here is the cancelled to order imperforate set:

Very rare express letter mailed to Klewitz in September of 1973 featuring the entire im-perforated set. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage of the letter amounted to 1.92 Dong which appears to be in excess of the required tariff (1.00 Dong). Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Late usage of the 50xu stamp on a local letter sent from Ho Chi Minh City to Quang Ninh in June of 1982.

Mixed franking featuring five of the 12xu Kopernikus stamps together with the 30xu Domestic Wildlife and 50xu Chrysanthemum stamps for an overall postage of 1.40 on a letter fragment sent to Switzerland.

Mixed franking of two of the 50xu Wild Animal stamps together with the 30xu Set festival stamp paying a 1.30D postage on a registered local letter sent from Ngo Quyen (small post office) to Nha Pang in March of 1982.

Another very rare registered express mail letter to Klewitz from October of 1974 featuring the entire im-perforated set. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. At 3.14 Dong it appears to be over-franked as the required tariff for a standard 20 gram registered letter to West Germany only amounted to 1.60 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Philatelic registered mail featuring the entire two Domestic Wildlife sets from 1973 on a letter sent to Paris, France in September of 1978.
