Very rare express mail letter sent to Klewitz in March of 1976. The letter features the entire set plus some im-perforated stamps from other NVN sets. Im-perforated stamps on postally used covers are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 2.88 Dong which appears to be above the required tariff of 1.50 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Mixed franking of a pair of the 1xu Poland stamp together with the 12xu Final Victory and 6xu Orchid stamp paying an overall postage of 3.90D (including the 3.70D red free frank) on a letter from July of 1977 to France.

Mixed franking of two of the 40xu Medical Plant stamps together with 2xu Poland and 1D Aircraft Defense stamp for an overall postage of 1.82D on an air-mail letter to Switzerland in January of 1976.

Very rare express mail letter sent to Klewitz in June of 1977 featuring the entire im-perforated set. There are also the lower values of the Poland set. Im-perforated stamps on postally used covers are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 3.82 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Another very rarer registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in February of 1978. It carries the remainder of the im-perforated wild growing flower set plus some stamps of  im-perforated protected bird, dragon fly and goat beetle set. Im-perforated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. There are also two values from the “poland” set. The overall postage amounted to 2.90 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Another very rare registered express mail letter mailed in February of 1978 to Klewitz. It carries the other half of the im-perforated gold fish and im-perforated versions of the protected bird. There are also two fo the 12 xu “Poland” stamps. Im-perforated stamps on postally used letter are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 3.48 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Mixed franking mated in January of 1978 to Paris, France. The letter carries the 5 xu map stamp plus the 1 nd 2 xu stamp of the “Poland” set and some stamps of the October Revolution stamps for an overall postage of 2.08 Dong.

Air mail letter from February of 1978 sent to Paris, France. It carries a block of ten of the 10 xu stamp, an October Revolution and the “Poland” and Communist Party stamps for an overall postage of 2.08 Dong.

Rare registered express mail letter mailed to Klewitz in July of 1978. It carries half of the perforated bird set plus other NVN stamps (including stamps from the Poland set) from the period. The overall postage amounted to 3.50 Dong. Bad Nauheim transit and Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Very rare registered express mail letter featuring half of the im-perforated set together with other NVN stamps from the period (including one of the “Poland” stamp). Im-perfroated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 3.44 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Another very rare registered express mail letter featuring the other half of the im-perforated set together with other NVN stamps from the period (including one stamp from the Poland set). Im-perfroated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 3.14 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Rare registered letter sent from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz in October of 1980. It carries a variety of NVN stamps including a strip of four 10 xu flower stamps that show significant color variations.There is also a 2 xu Poland stamp. It also accrues a 50 xu National Liberation stamp issued in 1971. NFL stamps were not valid in North Vietnam as the currency used by the Viet Cong in the South was not compatible with the currency used in the North. The stamp was nevertheless accepted by the postal clerk. Without the NLF stamp the postage amounted to 2.50 Dong. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Registered letter sent from Quan 5 (Cholon) to Klewitz in March of 1981. The letter carries the 1978 Day of the Child stamp that shows a significant passer-shift of the violet color downwards. Error stamps are very rare on postally used cover. There is also one copy of the 1980 Day stamp and one of the Poland stamps for an overall postage of 7.90 Dong. Unusual red cancel. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.
