Here is the partial used set.
International letter sent from Karaikudi, India to Saigon in May of 1911. The letter was posted without stamps and as a result a “T” in a circle was applied on front. This indicates that postage was due upon delivery. Upon arrival in Saigon 10C and 40C postage due stamps were added to the envelope charging the postage due plus 100% penalty.
