The souvenir sheet come sin two color variations. One is lighter in colors while the other is darker. Here are both versions.
Registered air mail letter sent in December of 1986 as a mixed currency franking from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter caries the entire perforated Bronze Vessel set plus stamps from the Reconstruction, Thälmann, Communist Party and Rabrindanath sets. The Communist Party stamps are in the rare perforation of 12.5. The Rabrindanath stamp was still denominated in old Dong. The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to this date were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 1.20 oD =0.12 nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (64 nD) plus the red free frank for 346 nD for 410.12 nD. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.
Air mail letter sent in December of 1986 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries the entire imperforate Bronze Vessel set plus the imperforate 20D Reconstruction stamp for an overall postage of 40D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

The Communist Party stamps are in the rare perforation of 12.5. Souvenir-Sheets on postally used cover are very rare. The Hanoi Liberation, Friendship stamps and the World Communication Year souvenir-sheet were still denominated in old Dong. The HCM Birthday stamps are imperforate and still denominated in old Dong. Souvenir-Sheets and imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The Hanoi Liberation, Friendship stamps and the World Communication Year souvenir-sheet were still denominated in old Dong. The two 10 xu Communist Partystamp on front show the plate error of “broken T OF VIETNAM”. The World Cup stamps are imperforate. Imperforate and error stamps on postally used cover are very rare.
