National Liberation Front, 2.Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Republic of South Vietnam, June 6th, 1971, Michel Nr. 39-43; Five stamps in the nominals of 20xu, 30xu, 40xu, 50xu and 60xu were issued. The 30xu stamps were printed together in the same sheets. The stamps were produced by the Tien Bo Printing House in sheets of 50 stamps.
