Unified Vietnam, Soccer World Cup Italy II, April 19th, 1990, Michel Nr. 2152-2159, Block 76; Seven stamps with nominals of 100D, 200D, 300D, 500D, 1,000D, 2,000D and 3,000D were issued in perforation 13 and imperforate. There was also a souvenir-sheet with a 3,500D nominal that was only issued perforated (13.0). There are questions about the actual first date of issuance on this set. Klewitz reports it to be February 15th, 1990.
Stamps sold at Vietnamese post offices had no gum, while stamps sold by the official Vietnamese stamp agency were with prepared with gum.
