The letter carries the perforated and imperforate VIETSTAMPEX 95 sets plus stamps from the Wood Print , Salt Water Crabs and Medical University Hanoi sets for an overall postage of 31,800D (including the red free rank for 4,200D). Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.
