Here is the mint set in vertical pairs. Note that the perforation of these stamps is pretty poor making for a rather rough perforation.
These stamps were not officially released imperforate however, a number of imperforate trial proofs have come to market. Below is an imperfroate block of four of the 5D value and pair of the 10D value

Registered air mail letter sent in October of 1987 as a mixed currency franking from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries the World Cup souvenir-sheet plus stamps from the Argentina Stamp Exhibition, National Games, Roses, Indochina-War (imperforate) and Traditional Clothing sets. Souvenir-Sheets and imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The Argentina Stamp Exhibition, National Games and Rose stamps were still denominated in old Dong while all the other stamps were denominated in new Dong. The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to this date were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 34.02 oD =3.40nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (113D) plus the red free frank for 455D for 571.40 nD. Green Fulda custom cachet on the reverse.

The letter carries half of the imperforate World Cup set plus stamps from the Asia Games, National Games Vietnamese Post (imperforate) and Poultry sets (imperforate) . Imperforate stamps on postally mused cover are very rare. The Asia Games and National games stamps were still denominated in old Dong while all the other stamps were denominated in new Dong. The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to this date were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 17 oD =1.70 nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (26D) for 27.7 nD.
Air mail letter sent in April f 1987 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries imperforate stamps from the Wickerwork, Flat Fish and perforated National Games stamps. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The Flat Fish and National Games stamps were still denominated in old Dong while all other stamps were denominated in new Dong. The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to this date were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 18.30 oD =1.83 nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (14 nD) for 15.83 nD.

The letter carries the perforated Cosmonautics set and souvenir-sheet plus stamps from the Tourism (imperforate) and Interior Ministry Troop (imperforate) sets. Imperforate stamps and souvenir-sheets on postally used cover are very rare. The Interior Ministry Troop stamps were still denominated in old Dong while all other stamps were already denominated in new Dong. The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to this date were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 20 oD = 2 nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (289 nD) plus the red free frank for 6,120 nD for 6,402 nD. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.
