Unified Vietnam, 20 Years National Fire Brigade, 1981, Unissued; Vietnamese Postal Authorities were along a long way in preparation the release of a stamp to honor the National Fire Brigade’s twenty year anniversary. The stamp was already produced and was awaiting printing when it was decided that it should not be issued after all. Below is a very rare sheetlet (8.3×15.1 cm) that was acquired from the stamps designer Huy Khanh (ex Klewitz) and that shows the imperforate stamp.
