United Vietnam, Medical Plants, February 27th, 1993, Michel Nr. 2504-2508; Five stamps with nominals of 200D, 1,000D (two stamps), 3,000D and 12,000D were issued in perforation 13 and imperforate. There are questions about the actual issuance date of this set.  Klewitz reports it to be March 10th, 1993 but offers no specific evidence to back up that claim.

Single franking of the 200D value on a domestic air mail letter sent from Binh Thanh to Nha Be in May of 1993. The letter was apparently underpaid and hence received a red “T” cachet indicating that postage was due upon delivery. There is no indication that the postage due was ever collected.

Air mail letter sent in May of 2000 from Quan 4 to Klewitz. The letter carries stamps from the Legend of Lac Long Quan and Au Co’ set plus stamps from the Medical Plant set for an overall postage of 29,500D.

Mixed franking on an international air mail letter featuring stamps from the Medical Plants, Poisonous Mushrooms, Hydro Power Stations, Traditional Boot Races, Ink Drawings and Communist Party sets paying an overall postage of 25,400D (including the red free frank for 18,000D). Th letter was sent from An Giang to Lithuania. Kaunas arrival cancel on the reverse.
