The letter carries eight of the 50xu Union Congress stamps plus stamps from the Flat Fish and Olympic Winter Games stamps for an overall postage of 210.7D (including the red free frank for 168.6D). The Flat Fish stamps are imperforate and the Union Congress stamps carry passer-shifts and plate errors detailed above (i.e. during building). The letter carries two of the 5D Peace Meeting stamps, imperforate Flat Fish stamps and other contemporary NVN stamps for an overall franking of 244.62D (including the red free frank for 192D). There are also four Reunification stamps from 1958 valued at 200D that were devalued in March of 1959 by 1,000:1 and hence were only worth 20xu at the time of mailing.
