Unified Vietnam, Execution of the Party Decisions of the 8. Congress of the Communist Party Vietnams, February 3rd, 1997, Michel Nr. 2826; A single stamp with a 400D nominal was issued in perforation 13. The stamps was printed in sheet of 25 in a tête-bêche fashion.

Single franking of the 400D value on a domestic air mail letter sent from Quan 5 to HCM City in March of 1997. HCM City machine arrival cancel on the reverse.

Registered air mail letter sent in April of 1997 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries the Party Decision stamp in tête-bêche fashion plus stamps from the 1995 Remembrances, Chess (stamp from souvenir-sheet), Ending of WW 2 and Parachutists for an overall postage of 26,600D. Stamps from souvenir-sheets on postally used cover are very rare.

International air mail letter featuring the tête-bêche pair of the 40D Party Decision stamps plus a 3,000D Women Clothing and 5,000D Bird stamps paying an overall postage of 8,800D and sent from Hanoi to Finland in June of 1997.

Registered air mail letter sent in August of 1999 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries a pair of the 20 Years Asia-Pacific Telecommunication Association stamp plus stamps from the Prevention of Natural Catastrophes, Vietnam Telecommunications (imperforate), Execution of Party Decisions, Prehistoric Animals and PHILEXFRANCE 99 sets for an overall postage of 27,200D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. Incoming German Post registration receipt on the reverse.

Registered air mail letter sent in February of 2001 from Saigon to Klewitz. The letter carries blocks of four of the Domestic Plants: Melastomataceae set (Perf. 13.5:13.25) plus stamps from the Lilies (two imperforate) and  Execution of Party Decisions (Tête-bêche-Pair) for an overall postage of 29,400D (including the red free rank for 1,000D).  Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.
