Unified Vietnam, Domestic Lady Slipper Orchids, May 18th, 1998, Michel Nr. 2923-2924; Two stamps with a nominal of 400D and 6,000D were issued in perforation 13:13.25 and imperforate. Michel also reports a 13.5 perforation variety for the 400D value and the editor has a letter with the 6,000D stamp in perforation 13 (yet unlisted).

Registered air mail letter sent in July of 1998 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries the perforated and imperforate Domestic Lady Slipper Orchids set plus stamps from the Domestic Pheasant (imperforate) and Asian Attractions I sets for an overall postage of 50,600D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. Incoming German Post registration receipt on the reverse.
International air mail letter sent from Tan Binh to France in May of 1999 and featuring the 400D Ton Du’c Thang, 6,000D Lady Slipper (Perf. 13:13.25) and 5,000D Raptor stamps paying an overall postage of 11,400D and sent from Tan Binh to France in May of 1999.
International air mail letter featuring four of the 1,000D Freight Plane stamps plus the 6,000 Lady Slippers and 400D Landscapes of Vietnam stamps paying an overall postage of 10,400 sent from Ten Phuockt to Paris, France in October of 1999. The Lady Slipper stamp is in perforation 13 which is yet unlisted in Michel.
