Unified Vietnam, Day of Cosmonautics, December 30th, 1988, Michel Nr. 1950-1957, Block 63; Seven stamps in nominals of 10D (two stamps), 20D (two stamps), 30D (two stamps) and 50D were issued in perforation 12.75 and imperforate.  Klewitz reports an issuance  date of December 29th, 1988 so the December 30th, 1988 date reported by Michel may not be correct. There are also First Day Covers dated January 8th, 1989 so the exact issuance date is not clear yet.

Stamps sold at Vietnamese post offices had no gum while stamps sold by the official Vietnamese stamp agency were gummed.
