Postally used Chu Van An stamps used around the issuance date are not easy to find. Imperfroate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

The letter carries the perforated and  imperforate Communist Party Congress set plus stamps from the Communist Party set issued in 1991 and the Frogs, Poisonous Mushrooms and Traditional Women Clothing (imperforate) sets for an overall postage of  31,900D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.
