The letter carries the four lower values of the perforated Butterflies set plus other contemporary NVN stamps including the two color versions of the 30xu Communist Party stamp) for an overall postage of 10.20D (including the red free frank for 5.00D). Green Fulda custom cachet on front.
Registered international air mail letter sent from HCM City to Klewitz in Germany in January of 1984. There is a red free frank on the reverse for 5.36D so the overall postage paid for the letter was 9.36D.
