Mixed franking of the 72 Years Party Commission for Ideology and Culture stamp together with stamps from the Diesel Locomotives (imperforate), Song Birds (Imperforate), Useful Insects, World Exhibition Expo 92 (imperforate), National Women Congress, 100 Years Medical High School and 20 Years Vietnamese Teacher Day sets paying an overall postage of 34,200D (including the red free frank for 1,700D) on a registered international air mail letter sent from Saigon to Klewitz in December of 2002. Imperforate stamps on postally used letters are very hard to find. Incoming German registration receipt on the reverse.
