The letter carries block of four of the 70 Years Modern Native Front stamp plus stamps from the Freightliners, Domestic Plant, Vietnam in the 20th Century, Communist Party and National Assembly sets for an overall postage of 28,900D. Incoming German Post registration receipt on the reverse.
