Death Anniversary of Qui Thi Xuan and Bycycle Rishaws paying an overall postage of 42,200D (including the red free frank for 6,300D) on a registered international air mail letter sent from Saigon to Klewitz in June of 2003. Imperforate stamps on postally used letters are very hard to find. Incoming German registration receipt on the reverse.
