The letter carries the Paintings of the Seasons souvenir-sheet plus stamps from the Congress of the Heres of Work, Protected Fresh Water Fish, Forest Fruits and Entry into the new Millennium sets for an overall postage of 25,000D. Souvenir-sheets on postally used cover are very rare.

Registered air mail letter sent in April of 2001 from Saigon to Klwitz. The letter carries the perforated Protected Fresh Water Fish set in pairs plus stamps from the Heroes of Work, Entry into the new Millenium and Tran Hu’ng Dao sets for an overall postage of 51,000D. Orange German Post electronic route coding on front.
