Some sheets were perforated in such a manner that added an empty white field in the top row of the sheet. It is unclear if the area was left blanc intentionally (i.e. the stamp cliche’s were removed) or if this just a perforation variety.

Registered air mail letter sent in August, 1996 sent from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carried a pair of the Red Cross stamps plus stamps from the Medical Plant (imperforate) and Horse sets for an overall postage of 32,100D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Registered air mail lettre sent in November of 1996 from Ho Chi Minh Ciyt to Klewitz. The letter carries a block of four of the day of the Stamp stamp plus stamps from the Red Cross, 1995 Observances, Traditional Bridge Building and Domestic Painter sets for an overall postage of 33,100D.

Registered air mail letter sent in July of 2000 from Saigon to Klewitz. The letter carries block of four of the HCM Birthday stamp plus stamps from the Vajra Sculptures, Red Cross, Communist Party and Le Dynasty (imperforate) for an overall postage of 40,000D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. Incoming German Post registration receipt on the reverse.

Mixed franking of the Millennium of Environmental Protection set plus stamps from the International Stamp Exhibition HONG KONG, Coral Fish (imperforate), Legend of Lac Long Quan, Soccer Euro Cup, Vietnamese Red Cross and UNICEF sets paying an overall postage of 44,600D on registered air mail letter sent from Can Co to Klewitz in June of 2002. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very hard to find. Incoming German registration receipt on the reverse.

Mixed franking of the perforated and imperforate Year of the Horse souvenir-sheets together with stamps from the Year of the Snake, Vietnamese Red Cross, Mushrooms, International Stamp Exhibition HONG KONG, Diesel Locomotives and Birds sets paying an overall postage of 46,400D on a registered air mail letter sent from Saigon to Klewitz in April of 2002. Imperforate stamps and souvenir-sheets on postally used letters are very hard to find.
