Unified Vietnam, 50 Years Pioneer Organization/UN Convention Rights for Children, May 15th, 1991, Michel Nr. 2331 and 2332; Two stamps with nominals of 200D (Pioneer Organization) and 400D (Rights for Children) were issued in perforation 13.

The letter carries the perforated Pioneer and Children Rights stamps in pairs plus stamps from the Olympic Summer Games Barcelona, World Cup Italy and overprinted Tourism sets for an overall postage of 12,311D (including the red free frank for 4,600D).
