Unified Vietnam, 300 Years Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City, April 30th, 1998, Michel Nr. 2914-2916, Block 118; Two stamps in nominals of 400D and 5,000D were issued in perforation 13.25:13. There was also a souvenir-sheet in a 14,000D nominal that was perforated 13.75:13.5.

Here is the mint set (with the standard souvenir-sheet width of 10.2 cm and 9.45 cm height)

A wider variety of the souvenir-sheet is known with a 11.2 cm width and 10.25cm height. It is recognizable by the wider white frame surrounding the sheet.

Since the stamps were issued just one day prior to the inception of the philatelic stamp exhibition VIETSTAMPEX 98 the set is often found  with the special cachet of said exhibition like the ones below

A vignette without a nominal value was issued for the VIETSTAMPEX exhibition.
