Mixed franking of the 25 Years of State Philatelic Agency stamps together with stamps from the Traditional Musical Instrument, Costumes of Tuong Opera ( one is a Tête-bêche pair) and Vietnamese Farmer Society paying an overall postage of 32,000D on a registered international air mail letter sent from Saigon to Klewitz in September of 2002. Incoming German registration receipt on the reverse.
