South Vietnam, Reelection of President Ngô Đình Diệm, April 29th, 1961, Michel Nr. SVN 235-238; Four stamps in nominals of 50c (Q:1,000,000), 1D (Q:2,000,000), 2D (Q:2,000,000) and 4D (Q:1,000,000) were issued in perforation 13. The stamps were valid postage until January 1st, 1964 when they became invalid.
