South Vietnam, 50 Years Interpol, April 8th, 1973, Michel Nr. SVN 529-531; Three stamps in nominals of 1D, 2D and 25D were issued in perforation 12.5:12.

Here is the mint set.

A few of the prepared but not issued stamps were left imperforate and sold this way after the war. Here is the set of these imperforate trial proofs in pairs.

Mixed franking of the 1D Interpol value in a block of four together with stamps from the National Development, Human Rights and Harvest sets paying an overall postage of 115D on an international air mail letter sent in May of 1974 from Saigon to Switzerland. The 1D value is very hard to find on postally used cover.

Single franking of the 2D value paying the 50% discounted military rate on a letter sent by a member of the military (KBC 4323/2nd Division, 2nd Battalion, Company 3) to a civilian in Gia Dinh. Although the letter missed the official KBC cachet of the military company no postage due was charged.

Mixed franking of the Interpol set together with stamps from the 200,000 Returnees, World Telecommunication Day, Vietnamese Aviation, Wounded Soldiers, Emperor Quang Trung, Rural Development, Wax Soldiers, Civil Defense, Craft and Harvest sets paying an overall postage of 340D on a registered intretaional air mail letter sent from Con Son to West Germany in September of 1973. Red Fulda post office cachet on front. Ex Klewitz.

Multiple franking of the 2D Interpol value (3) paying a 50% discounted military tariff of 6D on a letter (full contents preserved) sent in 1974 by a member of the military (KBC 65507located in Song Tea near Da Nang) to a civilian in Saigon.

Mixed franking of the 2D Interpol stamp together with stamps from the National Development set paying an overall postage of 40D on a registered domestic express air mail letter sent by a member of the military (KBC 6530) from Kim Anh to Saigon in February of 1973. Red KBC cachet on front. Domestic express mail letters are very had to find.

Mixed franking of the 25D overprinted stamp together with the 2D Interpol stamp paying an overall postage of 27D on a domestic letter sent from Nha Trang to Saigon on September of 1974.

Multiple franking of the 25D value (3) and paying an overall postage of 75D on a registered air mail letter sent within Saigon in June of 1974. Saigon machine arrival cancel on the reverse.

Mixed franking of the 25D Interpol stamp together with stamps from the Year of the Book, Fisheries, Victory at Quang Tri, Wax Soldiers and Wounded Soldier sets paying an overall postage of 90D on an international air mail letter sent from Saigon to West Germany in April of 1973.

Mixed franking of the Sapan Boat set together with stamps from the Year of the Buffalo, WHO, National Development, and Interpol sets paying an overall postage of 90D on an international air mail letter sent from Saigon to the United States in January of 1974.

Mixed franking of the 25D Interpol stamp together with stamps from the Year of the Buffalo, Harvest, Successful Victories at Binh Long, World Telecommunications Day, Civil Self Defense  and National development sets paying an overall postage of 110D on an international air mail letter sent from Saigon to France in 1973.
