South Vietnam, 200,000 Returnees, February 18th, 1973, Michel Nr. 522; A single stamp with a 10D nominal and in perforation 13.5 was issued. Clearly, the theme was a political one. South Vietnam wanted to show to the world that the South was a more attractive part of the country than the North so the fact, that more than 200,000 people had moved from the North to South was touted by the Government.

Mixed franking of the 10D Returnee stamp (4) together with the 15D National Development stamp (2) paying an overall postage of 70D on an international air mail letter sent in December of 1973 from Saigon to England.
Mixed ranking of the Returnee stamp (2) together with the 5D National Sights stamp paying an overall postage of 25D on a domestic letter sent in March off 1975 from Nha Trang to Gia Dinh. This was just six weeks prior to the Fall of Saigon.
Mixed franking of the Returnee (2), National Development (6&6), Civilm Defense, Harvest and Wax Soldier stamps paying an overall postage of 242D on a registered international air mail letter sent from Nha Trang to Germany in November of 1973.
