North Vietnam, 2. Anniversary of the Paris Agreement, January 27th, 1975, Michel Nr. 788-789; The Paris Agreement was signed on January 27th, 1973 to establish peace in Vietnam and end the Vietnam War (Wikipedia). Two stamps, both with a 12 xu nominal, were issued perforated 11.0.

These stamps were not officially released imperforate, however a handful of imperforate trial proofs have come to market. Here is an im-perfroated  pair of the green 12 xu value:

Rare local letter (full content preserved) using a single of the blue 12xu stamps sent by a member of the North Vietnamese military to Saigon in October of 1975.

Another rare local letter (full content preserved) this time using the green 12xu stamp on a homemade letter sent from My Doc to Bien Hoa in December of 1975.

Rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz from July of 1975. The letter carries the blue 12 xu value plus parts of the 1975 medicinal plant set im-perforated. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 3.22 Dong which appears to be higher than the required tariff for a standard 20 gram registered express mail letter (2.10 Dong). Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Very rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in March of 1977. The letter carries the entire set plus other NVN stamps for an overall postage of 1.66 Dong. The letter also carries some im-perforated stamps of the reptile set. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in May of 1975 featuring the entire set plus a host of other NVN stamps. Overall postage of 2.90 Dong.

Registered air mail letter sent in June of 1986 as a mixed currency franking from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries four sets of the Paris Agreement set plus stamps from the Labor Day, Prehistoric Animals, Reconstruction and National Assembly sets.  All stamps, except the Reconstruction and Labor Day stamps were still denominated in old Dong while the other stamps were  in new Dong.  The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to October 13th were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 18.96 oD = 1.90 nD. plus stamps in new currency (21 nD) the red free frank (9nD) for 31.9 nD. Fragment of the green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Registered air mail letter sent in June of 1986 as a mixed currency franking from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries imperforate Geological Survey stamps plus stamps from the Prehistoric Animals, Paris Agreement and August Revolution sets. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. All stamps, except the August Revolution stamps,  was still denominated in old Dong while The Railway ramps were already denominated in new Dong.  The Vietnamese Government conducted a devaluation of the Dong on September 14th, 1985. This meant that all stamps issued prior to October 13th were only worth one tenth at the time of mailing. The overall postage hence amounted to 20.24 oD = 2.02 nD. plus the stamps in new Dong (12 nD) for 14.02 nD. Fragment of the green Fulda custom cachet on front.
