Indochine, South Vietnamese Exhibition 1946; On occasion of the South Vietnamese Exhibition in 1946 a stamp like cinderella and a souvenir like cinderella were produced. The ice was that philatelist would buy the cinderellas and then add them to any letters or postcard they mailed from the exhibition. The cinderellas were not valid postage but simply served a public relations purpose.
