Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.
Another rare registered express mail letter to Klewitz from October of 1974 featuring the entire perforated working elephant set. The letter also features the tree 12 xu flower stamps that were known at the time. The 6 xu stamp was not included (which Klewitz would have normally done) which means that in October of 1974 the existence of the 6 xu stamp was not yet known. At 3.14 Dong it appears to be over-franked as the required tariff for a standard 20 gram registered letter to West Germany only amounted to 1.60 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.
