Very rare registered express mail from March of 1975 letter mailed to Klewitz featuring the stamp. On the reverse it features the im-perforated 1973 domestic wildlife set plus the im-perforated 50 xu poisonous snake set from 1970. Im-perforated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage of the letter amounted to 3.74 Dong which appears to me in excess of the required tariff (1.60 Dong).
