South Vietnam, New Year, January 26th, 1975, Michel Nr. SVN 584-586; Three stamps in nominals of 20D (Q:4,000,000), 30D (Q:2,000,000) and 100D (Q:1,000,000)  were issued in perforation 14:13.75. Printing quantities, according to the official stamp bulletin, were 4,000,000, 3,000,000 and 1,000,000.

Below is the fabled cover (ex Klewitz) that carries to postal used samples of the 10D Nguyen Van Thieu stamps (the only one known to carry two postally used copies of these stamps) and stamps from the Traditional Vietnamese Theater, Victory at Quang Tri, New Year, Cultural Places, National Development Conference sets plus the various overprinted stamps for an overall postage of 752D on a very rare registered express mail letter sent from Saigon to West Germany in March of 1975. Mixed franking of the 100D New Year, 30D Historical Sites and 100D Wounded Soldier stamps paying an overall postage of 230D on an international air mail letter sent from Saigon two France in February of 1975.

Mixed franking of the 100D New Year stamp plus two 40D stamps from the Wax Soldier set paying an overall postage of 180D on an international air mail letter sent on April 3rd, 1975 from Phu Cuong to France. That was just 27 days prior to the fall of Saigon.
