International air mail letter sent in October of 1999 from Quan 7 to France and featuring two of the 3,000D Asian Attractions, two of the 2,000D Opera Masks and one 400D AUSTRALIA 99 stamps paying an overall postage of 10,400D.

The letter carries six of the Birth of the 6,000,000,000th Human stamps plus stamps from the Women Clothing (imperforate), Junks, Medical Plants and Lilie (imperforate) sets for an overall postage of 48,400D (including the red free frank for 5,800D).
