Unified Vietnam, Horses, September 23rd, 1989, Michel Nr. 2094-2100; Seven stamps with nominals of 50D (three stamps), 100D (two stamps), 200D and 300D were issued in perforation 12.5:12.25 and imperforate. There are questions about there actual issuance date of these stamps. Klewitz report it to be September 15th, 1989 and Michel indicates that there are First Day Covers with that date.
Stamps sold at Vietnamese post offices were without gum while stamps sold by the official Vietnamese stamp agency were un-gummed.
