North Vietnam, 45 Years Vietnamese Worker Party, February 3rd, 1975, Michel Nr. 790-794; Five stamps with nominals of 12 xu (four stamps) and 60 xu were issued.

Rare local letter (with content) featuring one of the 12 xu values mailed from Nghia-Lo TX to Hanoi in February of 1975. 12 xu was the correct domestic standard letter rate at the time.

Another rare local letter (full contents preserved) sent from Hanoi to Saigon in March of 1976. HCM City machine arrival cancel on the reverse.

Rare local letter (full contents preserved) using a single franking of one of the 12xu stamps directed  to Ho Chi Minh City in September of 1976. Two different HCM City arrival cancels on the reverse.

Single franking of the 12 xu stamp on a domestic letter sent in April of 1976 from Hai Phong to My Tho. HCM City machine transit and My Tho arrival cancel on the reverse.

Rare single franking of the 60xu value on a letter sent from Da Nang to Czechoslovakia.

Mixed franking of two of the 20 xu Year of the Cild values plus the 60 xu HCM stamp paying an overall postage of 1D on an air mail letter to Czechoslovakia in May of 1980.

Multiple franking of the 60xu value paying a total postage of 2.40D on an air-mail letter sent from Long Xuyen (small post office) to France in March of 1981.

Another multiple franking but this time paying a 1.80D postage on an air mail letter sent from Ho Chi Minh City to France.

Mixed franking of one of the 12xu Worker Party stamps together with the 12xu Union Congress stamp paying the second domestic weight level rate. The letter was sent from Hai Phoing to Ho Chi Minh City in June of 1976. HCM City machine arrival cancel on the reverse.

Very rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in May of 1975. The letter features the entire set plus a number of the imperforate chicken set from 1968. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 2.60 Dong which was higher than the standard 20 gram registered express mail letter to West Germany (Tariff of 2.10) but the letter may have been heavier than the standard.

Mixed franking of two of the 60xu Work Party stamps together with the 1D Year of the Child and 10xu Sunflower stamp paying an overall rate of 2.30D on a folded air-mail letter to France.

Very rare express mail letter mailed to Klewitz in March of 1976. The letter carried half of the im-perforated reptile set plus some of the labor party stamps. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage of the letter amounted to 2.92 Dong which may have been in excess of the required tariff for a standard 20 gram express mail letter to West Germany (Tariff of 1.50 Dong). Frankfurt transit and Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse.

Air mail letter featuring the 60 xu HCM stamp on a mixed franking sent in December of 1976 to Paris, France. The cover is cancelled with the special commemorative cancel for the 4. Party Congress of the Worker Party. Postage of 2.60 Dong.

Registered letter sent from Nguyen Trai to Klewitz in May of 1982. The letter features the 90. HCM Birthday set in different color tones plus two of the 12 xu Communist Party stamps and the 60 xu Worker Party stamp for an overall postage of 10.90 Dong (including the red free frank for 5 Dong) . The 40 xu and 50 xu Water Flower tamps are actually intact. They are just cut off from the scan due to an over-lapping album page. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Air mail letter sent in August of 1981 from Thang That to East Berlin, East Germany. The letter is franked with two of the 10xu Flower stamps plus four 60xu Vietnamese Worker Party set for an overall postage of 2.60D.
