The letter carries perforate and imperforate Prehistoric Animal stamps plus stamps from the Asia Games, Ministry of Post and Communication and Postal Education Center sets for an overall postage of 12,350D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Mixed franking of the Prehistoric Animals set together with the Soccer World Cup Italy souvenir-sheet and Nguyen Binh Khi stamp paying an overall postage of 25,600D (including the red free frank for 15,300D) on a registered international air mail letter sent from HCM City to Hong Kong in May of 1991.
