Rare local letter sent in January of 1979 from Hai Phong to HCM City and paying the correct standard domestic letter rate in force at the time.

Rare registered express mail letter set to Klewitz in December of 1970. It carries five of the stamps plus other NVN stamps from the period for an overall postage of 5.77 Dong. Fulda arrival cancel on the reverse. Fulda green custom cachet on front.

A small perforation error is known to occur. Here the horizontal perforation shows a missing “tooth” i the perforation comb leading to a small area that remains im-perforated. The affected stamps are the pair to the left:

Registered letter sent to Klewitz in July of 1984. The letter carries a number of the Year of the Cild stamps plus the Telecommunication Conference stamp for an overall postage of 9.64 Dong (including the red 2.40 Dong free frank). Unusual red HCM City cancel. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.

Mixed franking of two blocks of four of the 30xu and 2D of the ASEAD set that show some of the plate errors featured  above (small ring in the back of the neck of the girl”, “smudge to the left of the dancers head”, “partial failure of the brown printing color on the dancers head”). Postal Congress stamp on the reverse.The overall postage (including the red free frank on the reverse) amounted to 14.72D. Green Fulda custom cachet on front.
