The letter carries the perforated and  imperforate Communist Party Congress set plus stamps from the Communist Party set issued in 1991 and the Frogs, Poisonous Mushrooms and Traditional Women Clothing (imperforate) sets for an overall postage of  31,900D. Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Registered air mail letter sent on March 16th, 1992 from Ho Chi Minh City to Klewitz. The letter carries the perforated and imperforate Chu Van An stamp plus stamps from the Nguyen Binh Khiem, Frogs and Poisonous Mushroom sets for an overall postage of 20,500D (including the red free franks for 11,800D). The withdrawal order led to collectors to not using the stamp on mail but retaining it in their albums, as a result postally used copies are fairly rare. This is the only letter the editor has ever seen featuring the imperforate Chu Van An stamp.

The letter carries the imperforate Olympic Winter Games set plus stamps from the Chess, Crustaceans (imperforate) and Poisonous Mushroom sets for an overall postage of 32,400D . Imperforate stamps on postally used cover are very rare.

Mixed franking on an international air mail letter featuring stamps from the Medical Plants, Poisonous Mushrooms, Hydro Power Stations, Traditional Boot Races, Ink Drawings and Communist Party sets paying an overall postage of 25,400D (including the red free frank for 18,000D). Th letter was sent from An Giang to Lithuania. Kaunas arrival cancel on the reverse.
