United Vietnam, 60 Years Communist Party II, June 24th, 1991, Michel Nr. 2351; A single stamp with a 100D nominal (the standard domestic letter rate ) was issued in perforation 13:13.25. There are questions about the actual issuance date of this stamp. Klewitz reports the issuance date to be the same as for the Communist Party I set (February 3rd. 1990). The Vietnamese Communist Party was founded by Ho Chi Minh during a conference in Hong Kong from February 3rd through February 7th, 1930 so the June date purported by Michel makes historically little sense.
