Unified Vietnam, 30 Years Newspaper “Problems of Peace and Socialism”, July 20th, 1988, Michel Nr. 1933; A single stamp with a nominal of 20D was issued in perforation 13 and imperforate. The stamp was printed tete-beche (upside down to one another) within the sheet.
