North Vietnam, 45 Years Communist Party, July 1st,1966, Michel Nr. 446-447; Two stamps in the nominals of 3 xu and 12 xu were issued in perforation 11.0.

Mixed franking of the 3xu Communist Party stamp together with the 50xu Geneva Convention and 40xu New Year stamp paying an overall postage of 93xu on an international air mail letter sent from Hanoi to East Germany in March of 1967.

Mixed franking of the 30 xu Traffic Minister stamp plus the 3 xu Communist Party and 12 xu Postal Conference stamp paying an overall postage of 75 xu on an international letter sent from Hai-Phong to Switzerland in September of 1967.

Rare express mail letter with two sets sent to Klewitz in February of 1970. The letter is overall franked with 1.62 Dong which is a tad above the required standard letter postage for a registered express mail letter to West Germany (1.60 Dong).

Mixed franking of three 12xu Tay So’n stamps together with the 12xu Hai Thu’o’ng and the 3xu Communist Party stamps for an overall postage of 57xu on an air-mail letter from October of 1971 sent to East Germany.

Rare registered express mail letter sent to Klewitz in February of 1971. The letter features the 3 xu stamp plus three stamps from the im-perforated Home and People set from 1969. Im-perforated stamps on postally used cover are very rare. The overall postage amounted to 1.65 Dong which was a  tad above the required tariff for a standard 20 gram registered express mail cover to West Germany.

Mixed franking of the 50xu value together with the 3xu Communist Party stamp for an overall postage of 55xu on an air-mail letter (full content preserved) sent to East Germany . Note that the Hai Phong cancel is missing the year date line.
