Indochina, Indochinese Women with Red Cross Surcharge II, February, 1915-1917, Michel Nr. IND 66-68; Four stamps were overprinted to obtain donations for the Red Cross during World War I. The first 10C value with skinny corn was produced in Indochina while the other three values were overprinted in Paris, France. The values were 5C green/black + 5C, 10C red/black +10C and 15C violet/Black + 5C.
